Refunds and returns will not be offered to customers who change their minds about products. We may, in 'good faith' offer a refund, exchange or return if we receive the goods in original, packaged, undamaged condition and the return shipping of the item will be at the buyers expense
Refunds or exchanges will be provided in full for any item that is damaged or faulty. We reserve the right to determine a manufacturing fault.
We do not offer refunds for items damaged during installation if they are not installed by a professional.
Refunds for 'Change of mind' will incur a 20% re-stock fee
